Rob Wilder has worked in and connected with the Middle East since 2007 across a broad range of sectors. His work spans board and executive succession, leadership assessment and consulting, and executive search. He is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice in the Middle East and North Africa, and he is also a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Digital practices. Rob has lived and worked in North America, EMEA and Asia.
Deep Leadership Advisory Experience and Expertise
- Rob has extensive leadership advisory experience, with more 25 years of experience recruiting and onboarding board directors, CEOs and executive leadership for organisations and functions across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
- Rob was with Spencer Stuart from 2000 to 2012 and re-joined the firm after serving as president, search, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, for a global organisational consulting firm. He was based with them in Dublin and Dubai.
- Earlier in his career, Rob held roles in marketing and sales at General Electric Company (GEC).
Rob holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from the University of Portsmouth.
