- York brings 12 years’ experience in executive search with a focus on recruiting senior-level general management and functional executives. He has conducted diverse searches for large organizations as well as midsized, family-run businesses and private equity-backed companies.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, York worked in investment banking for Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG/UniCredit Group.
York studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Berlin and holds a Bachelor of Law from Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel and passed the bar exam from the Ministry of Justice. In addition to his native German, York speaks English.
