Will Jacques is a consultant with Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, based in the firm’s London office. Will enables organisations to understand and assess their executives’ and teams’ strengths and areas for growth, to ensure they have the right people in the right roles to achieve the organization’s business objectives. He has experience of working on high-profile assignments across a number of industries, including financial services, digital, business and professional services, and telecommunications across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Will worked within the UK government where he provided guidance on creating and enhancing leadership teams for high-profile initiatives and developing key senior leaders.

He also has experience developing and delivering significant digital transformation initiatives in complex organisations and supporting the adoption of agile methodologies.
Will earned his Bachelor of Arts in history and economics from Manchester University, and is pursuing a Master of Science in organizational behavior at the Birkbeck School of Business, Economics and Informatics. He earned a CIM diploma in marketing from London Metropolitan University and is an accredited Hogan personality assessment practitioner.
