Based in New York, Robin Soren is a senior member of Spencer Stuart’s Global Financial Services and North American Board practices. Having led the Asset Management practice for more than eight years, Robin is deeply experienced in search and assessment for CEOs, CIOs and other key executives in asset management. She regularly advises firms in traditional asset management, insurance asset management, private equity, private credit, and other alternative investments.

- In addition to her work in executive search, Robin also leads board assignments, recruiting individuals to serve on mutual fund boards and corporate boards.
- Robin has led well over 1,000 projects across geographies during her 20+ years in executive search and assessment. Her client base ranges from large multi-national financial institutions to niche investment boutiques.
- She has particularly strong experience in recruiting for the C-suite as well as for distribution leaders and senior investment officers.
Robin is an honors graduate of New York University, where she earned her degree in psychology.
