Based in Singapore, Oliver McKenzie is a member of the Industrial Practice as well as the Financial Officer and Supply Chain practices. Having lived in Southeast Asia for more than 15 years, Oliver is focused on supporting clients in the region and also co-leads the enhanced search initiative across Asia Pacific.
Extensive financial and supply chain experience
- Oliver has a deep understanding of the Southeast Asia region and its talent flows. He works with clients across industries within the Financial Officer and Supply Chain practices, and he concentrates on engineered products and solutions clients within the Industrial Practice.
- Oliver originally joined Spencer Stuart in 2010, having previously worked at another global executive search firm in Singapore where he focused on financial services.
- Oliver spent two years outside the firm from 2014 to 2016, initially leading Accenture’s managing director hiring function for Southeast Asia. He then worked with a professional services boutique before returning to Spencer Stuart.
Oliver graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (with honors) in business studies from the University of the West of England and received his MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
