- Olaf’s focus and expertise in the media and entertainment sector includes publishing, broadcasting, TV and feature films production and all areas of the digital spectrum, including online, mobile, e-commerce, social media and ad networks.
- He has successfully conducted numerous domestic and cross-border searches at all levels, with functional focus on senior-level positions in general management, sales, marketing, product management and finance. In particular, he works with a range of venture capital and private equity firms to help their portfolio companies identify digital talent in the competitive German marketplace.

- Olaf joined Spencer Stuart from another global executive search firm in 1999. Prior to his career in executive search, Olaf pursued a career in the hotel industry, gaining experience both in hotel operations as well as sales and marketing.
