Ingrid Larsby Arvered manages Spencer Stuart's Stockholm office and leads the Global Process Industry segment. She is a member of the firm's Industrial and Supply Chain practices. Ingrid has more than a decade of leadership experience across a range of industrial sectors, including metals and mining, and paper and packaging. She brings firsthand insights into the unique leadership and strategic challenges and opportunities facing industrial organizations operating in an evolving global landscape.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ingrid held a number of leadership roles with Sandvik, most recently at Sandvik Materials Technology as general manager of a production unit creating steam generator tubes for nuclear power plants around the world.
- Previously, Ingrid served as chief purchasing officer for Sandvik Materials Technology, where she had responsibility for the global organization, including sourcing, logistics and warehouse departments in Sweden, China and the U.S. During her tenure with Sandvik, she also held leadership roles in strategy and performance management.
- Earlier in her career, Ingrid was an engineer with SCA Packaging Materials and an analyst with Jebsen & Jebsen South East Asia, based in Singapore.
Ingrid earned a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management from the University of Linköping in Sweden and completed the Royal Institute of Technology’s Executive Program in Industrial Management. She speaks Swedish, English and basic German.
