- Heather specializes in assessment and development of senior leaders with a particular focus on financial services and private equity portfolios across a range of sectors.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Heather was the head of talent management for Park Square Capital, a leading European credit provider. Heather was a member of the executive committee and played a key role in the management of Park Square Capital as it doubled headcount and tripled assets under management.
- Previously, Heather was staff director for private equity fund Cinven, where she led all aspects of talent management.
- Earlier, she spent eleven years at The Rose Partnership, an executive search firm, where she became a partner and practice leader for private equity.
Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in classics from Cambridge University. Heather is an accredited Meyler Campbell business coach.
