Cinzia Tommasi is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services and is part of the Healthcare practice in Italy based in the Rome and Milan offices. Cinzia brings experience on leadership advisory and HR services such as leadership development and team effectiveness programs, performance management tools, competency and executive assessments, career development projects.
Expertise in leadership consulting and healthcare
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Cinzia worked for other global advisory firms, serving both local and international clients in the healthcare, financial services, consumer and technology, media and telecom spaces. She has extensive managerial experience leading consulting business units.
- She has a broad spectrum of technical skills, and she is an expert in using and enhancing sophisticated assessment tools and delivering leadership development and coaching programs, both at the individual and team levels. She is in the process of obtaining her International Coaching Federation accreditation.
- Cinzia was also a visiting professor at the Sapienza University of Rome, and at L’Aquila University, teaching people management and development.
Cinzia earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in political science, labor, economy and law from LUISS University, and a Master of Organizational Behaviors. Cinzia is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
