Spencer Stuart recently partnered with McKinsey & Company on the Global Infrastructure Initiative (GII), an annual event that convenes the world's most senior infrastructure leaders for a discussion about key industry issues. It became abundantly clear from our discussions that in order to seize the infrastructure opportunity, investments need to go beyond developing assets. Organizations must also invest in two key areas if they are to succeed: leadership and organizational culture.
