  • Partnering with the leaders of impactful educational and cultural organizations – including Smith College, Williams College, the American Museum of Natural History, the Field Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts – to identify and recruit new presidents and/or key members of their team
  • Working closely with the boards of the nation’s most impactful environmental and conservation organizations – including The Nature Conservancy, National Audubon Society, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and NRDC – recruit their presidents and then hire their teams
  • Leading searches for preeminent independent schools across the globe from Amman to Honolulu, and the Pacific Northwest to New England
  • Advising major Boston institutions - including The Boston Foundation, GBH, The Boys & Girls Club, New England Aquarium and Museum of Science – during presidential leadership transitions
