She specializes in recruiting functional board experts, general managers and senior-level technology and operations executives for public and private companies across the broader financial services, financial technology and information services sectors.

- Kristin has recruited CIOs, COOs and heads of operations for asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, brokers, global banks, consumer financial services firms and business services organizations serving financial sectors.
- She specializes in identifying high-impact leaders who have successfully led transformation initiatives involving digitization, technology modernization and operational excellence within scaled and high-growth environments.
- She has experience advising broader financial services and financial technology companies on how to recruit board directors, CEOs and other C-suite executives with technology, security and digital expertise. She helped recruit new board directors at CLS, Options Clearing Corporation, TIAA Trust Company and Zions Bank.
- Kristin spent 13 years with another international executive search firm before joining Spencer Stuart in 2002, and previously worked for Marriott Corporation and U.S. Travel Systems.
Kristin earned an MBA in international business from the University of Hartford and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Johnson & Wales University. She holds a certificate in hotel management from The Hotel Institute of Management in Montreux, Switzerland.
