Dominique is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Board and CEO practices and the Global Financial Services Practice, where she executes high-level searches, particularly in the asset management, investment banking and consumer finance sectors. She also helps lead the efforts for the firm’s Financial Officer Practice in Paris, conducting CFO, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions assignments for large domestic and international groups.
Search and financial services expertise
- Dominique managed the Paris operation of Spencer Stuart between 2002 and 2005. She has also been a member of Spencer Stuart’s board nomination committee and of the partner nomination committee, last time from 2017 to 2020.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Dominique was a consultant with another international executive search firm in Paris, focusing on financial services assignments.
- Dominique gained extensive expertise in financial markets through positions at banks and brokerage houses. She began her career as an associate treasurer with a French bank.
A graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris, Dominique holds a master’s degree in economics and a pre-doctorate degree in banking and finance.
