Jérôme is a consultant at the Montreal office of Spencer Stuart. He is a member of the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice. He also is active in the industrial and financial services sectors.
Since he joined Spencer Stuart, Jérôme has worked on a wide variety of board director and senior-level search assignments, including CEOs and general managers as well as vice presidents in all functional areas. He has extensive experience recruiting executives outside of Canada, specifically the U.S. and Europe, to work for Canadian-based companies. He has served large public companies as well as a number of venture capital-backed companies.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jérôme spent 10 years with a leading Canadian telecommunication service provider in a variety of management positions.
Jérôme holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the École Polytechnique of the Université de Montréal. He is an active member of the community; most notably, he is the former president and chairman of the Montreal Junior Board of Trade and a current director of the Collège Notre-Dame Foundation. Jérôme is also the co-author of a book on business ethics.
