東京大学法学部卒(1990年)。
1990年アクセンチュア株式会社入社。
16年以上にわたり、国内および外資系企業をクライアントとして情報システム化戦略、システム構築、新規事業立ち上げ、組織改革の領域でコンサルティングサービスを提供。
アクセンチュア入社後は、銀行、証券会社、ノンバンクのプロジェクトにおいてITコンサルタントとして経験を積む。1995年にマネジャーとなった後は、国内および外資系の金融機関のCRM（カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメント）やBPR（ビジネスプロセスリエンジニアリング）、情報システム化戦略立案・構築などのプロジェクトをプロジェクトマネジャーとして統括。2000年にパートナーとなり、金融機関のプロジェクトの立ち上げおよび遂行を担当した。
スペンサースチュアートでは、金融分野（主に投資銀行、PE、不動産関連分野）、インフォメーション・オフィサー（情報担当役員）、プロフェッショナル・サービス、テクノロジー・コミュニケーションズ＆メディアを担当。
著書に「 プロジェクト・マネジメント―実践的技法とリーダー育成 」（ダイヤモンド社）。4児の父。
Ko Fukuzawa is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Tokyo office and a member of the firm’s Financial Services, Information Officer, Professional Services and Technology, Communications & Media practices. With more than 16 years of business and information technology consulting experience, he brings deep sector knowledge and functional expertise to each executive search assignment.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ko was a consultant with Accenture. During his 16 years with the firm, Ko served both Japanese and international clients in the areas of IT strategy, systems integration, new business launch and organizational realignment. He started his career with the firm as an IT consultant, working on projects for banks, securities and lending companies. Five years later, Ko became a manager in the firm’s financial services practice, consulting domestic and international financial institutions with customer relationship management, business process re-engineering and system strategy planning. Additionally, he was a project manager of several implementation projects for the practice. In 2000, Ko became a partner of the practice, responsible for developing and delivering projects for financial institutions. He also was responsible for developing a customer relationship management practice within the financial services practice.
Ko holds a bachelor of law from the University of Tokyo. He is fluent in his native Japanese as well as English. Ko is also the author of the book, Project Management, which was published in 2000. He is the father of two sons and two daughters.
