成瀬 功一
早稲田大学大学院理工学研究科卒業。機械工学科修士。（1979年）
1979年 三井物産株式会社入社。技術部でエネルギー関連の新規事業開拓を担当。1986年より米国三井物産本社（ニューヨーク）にて新規事業開拓、ベンチャー企業発掘・投資を担当。米三大ネットワークＮＢＣ、テレビ東京との合弁事業の企画・設立、更には、米サボイピクチャーズへの投資・事業開拓をリードし、同社へ出向。1993年にNASDAQ上場。1994年同社取締役。1996年パーフェクティビーの子会社としてペイ パー ビュー ジャパンを設立に参画。編成部長として米ハリウッド メジャースタジオ7社より日本初の放送権取得に成功し、放送事業の立上げに貢献。その後、米系大手エグゼクティブサーチ コンサルタントに転身、パートナーとして活躍後、スペンサースチュアートに入社。
代表取締役社長。ライフサイエンスのアジア太平洋地域のプラクティスリーダーを歴任。また、消費財、メディアエンターテイメント、テクノロジー、インダストリアル プラクティスを幅広く担当。ＣＥＯ、営業・マーケティングの幹部、財務経理本部長、人事本部長、Ｒ＆Ｄヘッド、等々のトップエグゼクティブ、経営幹部の数々のエクゼクティブサーチの実績を有す。
Koichi Naruse manages Spencer Stuart's Japan business. He has more than 20 years of international business experience and more than 10 years of executive search experience. Leading the Tokyo office, Koichi is a member of the firm's Life Sciences Practice and also is a member of the Consumer Goods & Services, Technology, Communications & Media and Industrial practices. He has a successful track record of completing C-level searches involved with global, regional and local clients, and with various functional positions.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Koichi was a partner at another leading international search firm in Tokyo, where he led its healthcare services, media & entertainment, consumer & retail, technology and industrial practices. Prior to this, he worked with Mitsui & Co., one of the top Japanese conglomerates (Sogo-Shosha). During his tenure, Koichi was involved in new business development, venture capital investment and strategic planning, and spent 10 years in New York. In 1992, he was seconded to Savoy Pictures Entertainment, where he served on the board of directors in 1994 and 1995. Later, Koichi was assigned to start up Pay Per View Japan, as an affiliate of Sky PerfecTV!, and successfully launched its service in 1996 with licenses from all of the major Hollywood studios.
Koichi holds a B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from Waseda University.
